This was a new business venture.

The business grew rapidly in both turnover and profit as a result of focus, determination and skill in the following areas:

  1. Creation of a clear proposition
  2. Development of a number of ‘product lines’ that could be promoted within the financial services arena
  3. Development and execution of a sales & marketing strategy
  4. Active networking
  5. Creation of a ‘business expansion’ coaching model; used extensively with SME’s within our chosen market place to help them grow.

Turnover (from a standing start) was £675k in year one with a pre-tax profit of £212k.

The business has continued to enjoy good commercial relationships within our chosen sector, benefitting from repeat business.

Clients range from large global organizations to smaller distributors who are looking to grow rapidly.
