Executive Coaching

Our Executive Coaching Division deals with leaders and managers of established organisations which have been operating over five years and have generally reached an annual income above £3 million, have a senior management team of 5 or more with above 20 staff and associates.

The business focus tends to be around strategy, direction, stagnation, acquisition, performance.

The operating issues usualy involve people, sales and marketing, product and service delivery and sometimes financial challenges like cash flow, raising finance, or the prospect of insolvency.

Almost always, the business and/or operating challenges have at their heart issues about individual self confidence, individual and team competence, rivarly, infighting, morale, clashes of personalities, ambition, de motivation or burn out.

In the same way that a good doctor has to identify the symptoms, diagnose the causes and treat both the body, the mind and the disease, a good coach needs to do the same and identify the issues, analyse the individuals involved, and assist them in developing solutions.

While coaches can help at a time of major business change or high growth, they can also add value when an organisation has to cut back or has become complacent.
