Our aim is to Make More Millionaires and accelerate their growth by adding value to enterprise, achieving sustainable profitable growth for our clients and us. This needs our fees to be less than the added value we provide. Our Fee Guarantee promises refunds of £10,000 if we don’t.

Consistently adding value is only possible where our Millionaire Mentors and staff are above average in terms of

Experience, Effort, Efficiency, Effectiveness and Creativity.


  • The Experience needs to be wide ranging yet have a concentrated dimension that has built specialist knowledge.

  • Effort must exhibit a “can do – will do” attitude not restricted to the 9 to 5 mentality.

  • Efficiency comes from having appropriate working systems, support staff and procedures using technology to save time and cost.

  • Effectiveness lies in getting to the root of an issue quickly and correctly, doing the right things, in the right order that deliver the desired results at the right cost.

  • Creativity, like excellence, is difficult to define and deliver. It has to be related to the context of the issue and needs more than one person getting involved.

We are both different and better, finding new ways to do old things and old ways to do new stuff. The two directors supervise all work and at least one is involved in every project our business takes on.


2 Availability and flexibility

We understand many small business owners want access to services quickly and to fit their availability not ours.

This is why we use associates and arrange to have the capacity to take on additional work at short notice and be available to see or talk to clients virtually 24 hours.

Advisers will provide mobile contact numbers to clients and arrange to communicate with clients at times and in ways that suit the client.

Our promise is to reply to enquiries made to our web site or by phone to our main mobile number (07906 704337) between 8am to 6pm within 4 hours and at other times within 8 hours at the latest.

3 Our ethos and culture

By choosing our clients we implement our desire to work with interesting, honest people on projects we consider worthwhile, in a spirit of partnership that will be of mutual benefit.

We want to enjoy our work, use our talents, because if we do, we believe it will cease to be work and become a pleasure and be done better.

Although business is serious, we believe it should not be dull but fun and satisfying for all involved.

We do what interests us. An initial 30-minute phone call is free, which very occasionally leads to a further free 30-minute session but normally the “meter starts ticking”. The directors do some pro bono work but we are not a charity and are only a “not for commercial profit” organisation when we make mistakes. We aspire to paying more taxes by earning more and becoming more profitable, taking every chance to avoid but not evade.

We find most people value services for which they pay.
